Matthew E. Riggin

Matthew E. Riggin is a 1992 graduate from the University of Tulsa - College of Law. Before then, in 1987, Mr. Riggin achieved his undergraduate from Oklahoma State University. In addition to Mr. Riggin’s education, he has complete supplemental training in the field of mediation, qualifying him to mediate family and divorce disputes.

He has also has had training in commercial and personal injury/workers compensation cases, and cases dealing with the American’s with Disabilities Act. Other areas Mr. Riggin has experience in are: Real Estate, Worker’s Compensation, and Wills and Trusts. Mr. Riggin has also spent extensive time in the field site of location and right of way acquisition and and planning and zoning for the telecommunications industry.

Mr. Riggin was born in and lived his entire life in the Tulsa area. He has been practicing in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma since 2001.

Outside of practicing law, Mr. Riggin is an avid skeet shooter and enjoys hunting and fishing. He is also a member of the Tulsa Gun Club and has served on the board of directors for several years.
